Who we are
Unity Heart was created by Kasia and Erica, two experienced wellbeing specialists who have spent many years supporting people across GP practices, schools, family homes, and community settings, and home environments in Bury St Edmunds.
We saw how many people were surviving rather than thriving — and how personalised, mind–body support could create real, sustainable change.
Unity Heart is a safe, welcoming space where people feel heard, supported, and guided with clarity, compassion, and evidence-informed care.
